Student Success Dashboard
The Student Success Dashboard provides programs with access to key student success data—including retention, enrollment, completion patterns, and other trends—to support analysis during the Academic Program Review (APR) process. This dashboard helps programs identify achievement gaps, understand student pathways, and answer questions related to student success within their academic offerings.
Please note: access to the dashboard requires a UA login, and you must be connected to the UA VPN if you are off campus. Because the dashboard contains sensitive and potentially identifiable information, it should be used only for APR purposes.
Training videos
Power BI Data Dashboard training (also used for Data Liaison training)

- Power BI Reports: Using Filters
- Power BI Reports: Features
These videos will help you navigate the Power BI dashboard to access your student success data. Please note that this dashboard will require UAF login credentials and may take some time to load.
Data Liaisons are staff or administrators within each school or college who help support programs throughout the Academic Program Review (APR) process. They assist with completing specific portions of the review and provide guidance on interpreting key data.
The Financial Data Liaison is primarily responsible for completing the Financial Template for programs undergoing a Full Review. The Academic and Student Success Data Liaison can be especially valuable in helping programs make sense of the metrics presented in the Student Success Dashboard, including retention, enrollment, and other indicators relevant to identifying achievement gaps.
Data Liaisons play an essential role in ensuring programs have the information, context,
and clarity needed to engage meaningfully with their APR data.
Please provide a table or a list where I can update the data liaisons each year, there
should be a section for each school or college.
