Budget Status
Use the Budget Status reports as tools to help answer questions and provide direction from a management perspective. Once you download the Excel file, you can filter or rearrange the information in any way that meets your needs.
These reports are updated each week on Friday.
Access
All Budget Status reports have been moved to a restricted Google Drive. You must be on the UA Domain to access these reports. Link to the drive is below.
Once you are in the Google Drive, right-click on the report name and click "Download" to download it to your computer.
The Google Drive contains the following reports:
FY25 Budget Status - All Funds by Department
Year-to-date budget status for all fund types by department (DLevel).
Restricted Funds by PI/ Co-PI/ Researcher (Pivot Table & Raw Data)
Inception-to-date budget status for current restricted funds and those with an end date falling within the prior three months (specific end date is shown on the report header). Once you open the file, select a PI name to view related projects.
