Meet the Judges

Presented by Kendall Toyota of Fairbanks and HooDoo Brewing Co.
This event features the culinary talents of Fairbanks food truck chefs who will create a signature dish featuring the key ingredient, HooDoo beer. Each chef will present the featured dish in front of a live studio audience and face a grilling from our guest judges.
Thanks to these fine Fairbanks foodies for participating in this year's event.

Music Director/Volunteer Coordinator

I love experiencing new dishes with unique combinations of textures and tastes. When my husband and I go out, I try to discover how the dish was made and figure out the ingredients. I will attempt my own version at home.
HooDoo makes my favorite beer, IPA. They do some really wonderful things with infusions with cask beer, too. I'm excited to combine my passion for the culinary arts with my love for the Museum of the North at an event that celebrates many things that make Fairbanks a great place to live.
