Join us via Zoom
UAF Journalism alumnus Nate Raymond has spent 20 years reporting on courts, judges, lawyers and high-stakes litigation. As a reporter for Reuters, he was part of the team that won this year’s Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting for their stories that detailed threats judges and their families faced after ruling against President Trump’s administration. He returns to Alaska to share tales from his years of reporting and how the legal news beat has changed amid an evolving judicial and media landscape.
Free and open to all, this program can be attended on campus or streamed live via Zoom.
This lecture is made possible by an endowment from the late Helen Snedden, in honor of her husband, former Fairbanks Daily News-Miner publisher C.W. Snedden.
