The Office of Strategic Decision Support (OSDS) brings together expertise in budget development and financial analysis, institutional research and reporting, data and analytics, strategic planning support, and continuous improvement. By connecting financial, student, operational, and institutional information, OSDS develops reports, dashboards, analyses, and other tools that help UAF leadership and campus units understand trends, evaluate opportunities, and make informed resource allocation and strategic decisions.
