If you are seeking to further your education without the constraints of a classroom, UAF CTC offers several degree programs that can be completed entirely online, in addition to a full schedule of online course offerings each semester.

Student Support for Online Learning
Students enrolled in online degree program and classes will not only receive support from their UAF CTC program advisor, but also from UAF eCampus and UA Office of Information Technology (OIT) support teams.
Your program advisor at UAF CTC will answer questions, provide advising and help you plan for success in your online classes and program. Students are strongly encouraged to work closely with their program advisor as they work through their online classes and program.
UAF eCampus manages many of UAF CTC’s online course offerings and provides specialized services to help both prospective students and current students interested in online learning.
NTS Service Desk provides technology support to students experiencing difficulties logging on to their class website on Blackboard or Canvas or accessing their university email on UA Google Apps @ UA.

UAF summit to explore health care careers, education

Community members can explore an ever-expanding array of health careers and educational opportunities at the 14th annual Alaska Interior Medical Education Summit. The summit will feature demonstrations, panel discussions and hands-on activities to introduce attendees to various health care careers and education options. It will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, in the Murie Building at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
UAF culinary program bistro opens for spring season

The Borealis Bistro, a lunch service provided by the UAF Community and Technical College culinary arts program, will be open to the public from Feb. 27-May 1.
