Program highlights

The program has been designed to enable students to transition seamlessly from an occupational endorsement, which will count toward the specialized AAS concentrations; to the certificate, which will apply toward the core business A.A.S. requirements or Applied Business Minor; to the A.A.S. degree.

With five specialized concentration areas to choose from, students can customize their education to successfully explore career options in entrepreneurship and entry-level to mid-level positions in business, bookkeeping and finance, administration and human resources, and leadership. Minors in applied business are available to bachelor’s degree students with strategic tracks tailored to the student’s specialization of choice.

Classes are taught by full-time faculty and numerous adjunct instructors from the local business community, bringing real-world business insight and experience to the classroom.
