PETE Graduate Courses Fall 21
There is still time to register for the following class offerings:
- PETE F662, Enhanced Oil Recovery, Tuesdays 6 –9 p.m. (online, synchronous)
- PETE F666, Drilling Optimization, Mondays 6–9 p.m. (online, synchronous)
- PETE F687, Experimental and Data Analytics, Wednesdays 5:30–8:30 p.m. (online, synchronous)
Anchorage Course Offerings
- Courses will be offered subject to sufficient enrollment (minimum 5 students in each course)
- Register on-line at https://alaska.edu/uaonline or register in person on the first day of class. (Some course registration numbers may be pending at this time.)

PETE Graduate Program
The deadline for application into our graduate program is:
- For fall semester: May 1 for domestic applicants | March 1 for international applicants |
- For spring semester: Oct. 15 for domestic applicants | Sept. 1 for international applicants

SPE Scholarships and Fellowships
Each year, SPE awards scholarships and fellowships in 16 regions worldwide, representing
a contribution to education totaling more than one million US dollars. Applications
will be accepted through 15 April.
