Attend a Career Fair

UAF Career Services hosts multiple career fairs throughout the academic year. They are an excellent opportunity to build your talent pipeline and recruit UAF students and alumni for a diverse range of job and internship roles. Host a Presentation

Employers can host in-person or virtual presentations. You can host an information session, where you can educate students about your company culture, current openings, and industry trends, or an educational workshop, where you can share best practices for resumes, cover letters, and interviews, teach industry-specific technical skills, or provide feedback on job applications. Conduct On-Campus Interviews
