End of Season Climate Survey

Toolik Field Station is collecting feedback to improve the experience of future station residents. As a 2022 resident, we ask that you share your thoughts about your experience at Toolik to help us assess how we can better support our community and foster a culture of respect. Thank you!
 

Responses to this form will be sent to our Communication Manager, Haley Dunleavy, who will then share summarized results with the Toolik Management Team (Donie Bret-Harte, Brian Barnes, Marin Kuizenga, Mike Reynolds, & Amanda Young) and Toolik Staff Leads. If responses report Code of Conduct violations, they will be sent to the Toolik Management Team, except if they concern a member of that team. Responses that include reports of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or microaggressions will also be sent to the University of Alaska Fairbanks Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability.
