We provide technical support to communities, tribal organizations, utilities, and non-profits through our technical assistance seed fund program available on a first come-first serve basis.

ACEP partners with industry to conduct applied energy research and testing. We work to address specific technical, economic, social and scientific challenges for Alaska residents, businesses and industries.
ACEP’s test facilities and laboratories are designed to offer a unique testing environment to technology developers, utility managers and other decision makers. Envisioned as an intermediate step to full commercial deployment, these facilities were carefully designed for a range of testing needs, enabling assessment of product performance based on many real world conditions.
