AY24-25 Annual Activities Reporting Schedule for UNAC Faculty (includes implementation of Faculty Portal AAR Interface Protocols and Process)

August 21 -29, 2025 

 

Hands-on training sessions for the Airtable Faculty Portal AAR Interface will be offered throughout August 2025 for deans, directors, and faculty support staff. Each 30–45 minute session will walk through the full AAR process—from faculty submission to final signature.

Units will be asked to select a preferred date and time. If multiple units choose the same slot, a combined session will be scheduled. A Zoom link will be provided for each confirmed session.

September 12, 2025

Faculty members submit their Annual Activities Report to the appropriate dean or director via the link to the Airtable Faculty AAR Portal 

January 15, 2026

The dean and/or director submits their written review to the faculty member through the Airtable AAR Interface. For faculty with joint appointments, the primary dean coordinates a review schedule to ensure all appropriate administrators complete their evaluations within the system. Faculty members receive an automated notification from Airtable when each review is submitted and available for their review. They are then provided the opportunity to view and respond to each evaluation within the interface. The dean and/or director will also communicate the overall review timeline and expectations at the beginning of the process.

January 30, 2026

Per the UNAC Collective Bargaining Agreement, faculty members may optionally submit a response to their evaluation through the Airtable AAR Interface. If choosing to respond, the submission must be completed by January 30, 2026.

*Due dates that fall on a Saturday or Sunday will automatically advance to the next business day.
