How do I know what to choose?
Concurrent Meetings Plus allows you to be the host of up to 20 meetings at one time. It does not have any additional features. This is ideal for a hybrid or virtual event with multiple concurrent meeting sessions, without the complexity of a Zoom Event.
Webinar is great for single-session public events with large audiences that you may not know and where attendees can view, listen, and use the Q&A feature without appearing on camera. Examples include a Chancellor's Forum, a large lecture, or training.
Zoom Events is a comprehensive event platform for managing and housing multi-session events in one place. A virtual event is ideal for virtual and hybrid user conferences, employee resource group events, and many more interactive virtual experiences. It can use Webinars and meetings, and supports concurrent multi-track sessions.
Not sure what to pick? We’re here to help! Submit a Request Information form or click on the self-service item on the right, and let us know about your event, and what you’re hoping to do. We will schedule a consultation meeting with you, and help you determine the best option for your event.
More about Webinar
Zoom Webinar allows a host and up to 100 panelists to broadcast to 500, or 1000 view-only attendees, depending on the size of your webinar license. As the host or a panelist, you can share your screen, video, and audio in a webinar, while attendees can use question & answer, and reaction options to interact with the host and panelists. Webinars can require preregistration—with the option for the host to add custom registration questions—or registration can be turned off for attendees to join by simply clicking a link at the time of the webinar.
UA Enterprise licensing includes Webinar 500 licenses for all Employees, and others who have a demonstrated need. In addition, UA has a single Webinar 1000 license for reservation by any UA Zoom users, when a larger than 500 seat license is needed.

More about Events
Zoom Events allows you to create a multi-session hybrid or virtual event, that can have up to 500 participants in attendance. Event sessions can make use of Zoom webinars and meetings, and the platform allows for over-lapping, and concurrent multi-track session schedules over a single or multiple day event. Your event can have custom branding, and includes a central Lobby for access to sessions, speaker biographies, an event lobby chat and more.
Events can require preregistration for the whole event, with the option for the host to add custom registration questions, or registration can be turned off for attendees to join by simply clicking a link at the time of the event. For this service, UA has a single managed license, and delegates access to requestor(s) for scheduled events.
