Remote Device Screen Share Instructions

Customers who would like to screen share using their their desktop machine or mobile device when contacting the NTS Service Desk for requests, including those related to DUO MFA, SSO or Google, should first start a call or chat at NTS Get Help.

For Mobile Device Screen Sharing Support

For optimal support experience, prior to beginning a support session, connect to (UA) WiFi, personal WiFi or have an active mobile data connection. 

  1. Start a call or chat with NTS at NTS Get Help
  2. Download the ‘BeyondTrust’ app on your device at the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), depending on the operating system of your device.
  3. NTS will provide you with a session key. Enter into the app where directed.
  4. The app will show a guide on how to allow mobile screen sharing. Confirm the settings. Allow access and we can help you with your mobile device and UA services!
