The University of Alaska licenses and NTS supports a wide range of software titles.  Most of our software is available and supported for use on all university-owned computers, but some are limited by user affiliation, campus, or department.

Below is a list of manual installation methods for UA software that can be used on non-UA devices, as well as instructions on using the built-in Software Center and Self-Service features for installing approved software on UA devices.

Install Approved Software on UA Computers

Users who aren't Administrators on their UA computers can utilize these programs to install pre-approved software. For assistance with installing other programs, please contact the NTS Service Desk.
