Research interests/biography

The interface between Earth’s upper atmosphere and space, characterizing the energy input of aurora into the upper atmosphere and the effects of auroral energy input on the neutral atmosphere, using ground-based observations to estimate the rate of energy input from auroral electron precipitation over extended areas.
