Two Steps to Successful Registration

If you’ve been admitted to UAF and want to register for classes within the College of Indigenous Studies, you’re in the right place! Follow these steps to register for Fall 2026 classes.

 

1. Meet with a CIS Advisor

We recommend meeting with an advisor before registering for College of Indigenous Studies classes. They’ll help you choose courses that best fit your interests and degree path.

 

2. Build Your Schedule and Register

Access your student account on UAOnline. Find and select your chosen courses to build your schedule and complete registration.

If you live in one of the regions covered by our rural campuses, you can reach out to any advisor at the campus that serves your community. Our advisors can support you with all UAF distance degrees, certificates, Occupational Endorsement programs, and individual courses. If you know you are interested in a specific bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. program, you should contact our undergraduate and graduate advisors. Still unsure?
