How to connect to UAlaska on Windows 10

This guide will help you in configuring your Windows 10 computer to connect to the UAlaska Wi-Fi.

Step 1 : In the lower right hand corner of your computer you'll find the Wi-Fi symbol which shows the available Wi-Fi networks. Click the Wi-Fi symbol.

Step 2: In your list of available networks, select the UAlaska Wi-Fi and click Connect. Selecting Connect Automatically will configure your computer to connect to UAlaska whenever it is in range of your computer. Select the UAlaska network and connect.

Step 3: In order to connect to the UAlaska Wi-Fi you use your UA Username and password. Your UA Username is your email address without the @alaska.edu. Once you have entered those credentials, click OK.

Step 4: If this is your first time connecting to UAlaska, you may come across a message asking if you wish to continue connecting, this is normal. Click Connect.

You should see some text under UAlaska indicating that you have successfully connected to the network as displayed in the image below.
