Earthquakes are a part of life in Alaska, with the state experiencing more seismic activity than any other in the U.S. The Great Alaska ShakeOut serves as a critical reminder to review and practice what to do when one occurs. Whether you're a lifelong Alaskan or new to the state, it's vital to know how to respond effectively and safely during an earthquake.
