Nominations for Commencement 2026 Emeriti and President’s Adjunct Award due Jan. 30

Jan. 30 is the deadline to submit nominations for emeritus/emerita faculty for Commencement 2026. Nominations for the President’s Adjunct Award covering the 2025–26 academic year are also due Jan. 30. Nomination guidelines, eligibility criteria, and submission forms are available on the Office of the Provost’s website.

  Nominations for emeritus/emerita faculty may originate from a dean or director with a supporting letter from senior faculty, or from faculty working through the unit peer review committee. A confirmation of retirement or resignation (official ​notification) is required.

• President’s Adjunct Award (AY 2025–26)
  Deadline: Jan. 30, 2026- https://www.uaf.edu/provost/awards-recognition/regents-adjunct.php
  
  This award recognizes adjunct faculty who have demonstrated excellence in teaching. Upon conferral, recipients receive a $1,500 lump-sum award.
