Nanook Navigator early engagement reports informing student success teams about concerns and barriers start Jan. 19 through Feb. 2.

Reports are not intended as a substitute for instructors directly reaching out to their students; rather, they are designed to ensure advisors have comprehensive information about their advisees and can more effectively provide resources and options.

Instructors should complete urgent concerns/feedback by Wednesday, Jan. 24, to allow advisors and instructors time to meet with students before the add/drop deadline Jan. 26. Choose your primary concern or feedback (one alert reason) to reduce the number of emails students receive.

Instructors, please reach out to your students before completing engagement reports. We encourage you to provide context within the comment section of the engagement report to assist advisors and student success staff in their outreach support.

Instructors have helped student success teams support hundreds of students over the past several years.
