Tickets to the Wait Wait. . .Don’t Tell Me! show Thursday, Aug. 11 are on sale now at Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning and downtown at If Only — A Fine Store. Sales are brisk so don’t wait to get your
tickets.
Don’t know about Wait Wait. . .Don’t Tell Me!? You can listen to the program at 10 a.m. every Sunday on KUAC. This “oddly informative”
news quiz show is sure to make you smile (if not laugh out loud) with host Peter Sagal
and judge/scorekeeper Carl Kassell. The panelists on the show vary weekly and might
include Mo Rocca, Charlie Pierce, Amy Dickinson, Roy Blount, Jr., Tom Bodett, Kyrie
O’Connor, Paula Poundstone, Adam Felber, P. J. O’Rourke or Roxanne Roberts.
The program will be live in Davis Concert Hall Thursday, Aug. 11. Doors open at 7
p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. Along with Peter Sagal and Carl Kassell, the
Fairbanks program will feature panelists Tom Bodett, Paula Poundstone and Adam Felber.
Tickets are $40 and are available by phone at 474-7021 (Summer Sessions & Lifelong
Learning) with a VISA or MasterCard. You can stop by the Summer Sessions office in
216 Eielson and purchase tickets with cash, check or credit card. Tickets will be
mailed to you. In-person cash and check sales only are available through If Only —
A Fine Store. All tickets sale are final.
