Usibelli Awards nomination deadline Dec. 4

Nominations for the 2016 Usibelli Awards in the areas of teaching, research and public
service are due to the Provost's Office by Friday, Dec. 4.

The prestigious awards are presented to individuals who display extraordinary excellence
in one of the three categories — teaching, research and public service — representing
the Land, Sea and Space Grant mission of the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Individuals
receiving an Emil Usibelli Award are recognized for their exemplary contributions
to the discovery, communication and use of knowledge. For more information on the
