Sustainability app design contest

UAF and Verizon announce a campus-wide competition that challanges students, faculty
and staff to create a user-friendly phone app that enables us to live more sustainable
lives while growing and advertising the UAF Sustainable Village and/or UAF Office
of Sustainability programs.
Participants must currently be enrolled as a UAF student, employed as a full-time
staff member or faculty. No coding experience is necessary. Challenge participants
may work individually or in teams and must be 18 years of age or older. For more information

Submit and idea for the next great sustainable mobile app by Jan. 26, 2014, and possibly
win $1000.
