RecFest 2013 with the Fairbanks Children's Museum

RecFest 2013 will take place, Sept. 22 on the Fairbanks campus. This year the event is sponsored by the Department of Recreation and Wellness along with the Fairbanks Children's Museum. Visit the DRAW website for more information and to sign up. Highlights are included below:


  • 11 a.m. – Mountain Bike Race

  • Noon – Fairbanks Children's Museum at UAF SRC

  • UAF SRC Open House - Resource Fair. Space available!

  • Meet the Personal Trainers with TRX sample sessions

  • Open climbing walls

  • Building Tours

  • 1:45 – 2:45 p.m. – Open skate in Patty Ice Arena

  • 2 p.m. – Fairbanks Disc Golf Association - ACE Race

  • 3 p.m. – Battleship for UAF students
