Bekah Olson becomes new career and academic advisor

Bekah Olson has been named Career Services' new career and academic advisor.
Olson received her B.A. and M.A. in professional communication from UAF. When teaching
entry-level communication courses, she often focused on student career-building. She
is working to reinstate the fall and spring job fairs, and is interested in partnering
with UAF departments and resource centers to generate ideas and create events that
meet the needs of the university's diverse population.
Career Services is now located in 510 Gruening inside the Academic Advising Center.
