The UAF Bethel Extension office is primarily dedicated to community youth in the 4-H after-school program, but we also distribute extension publications and resources. We understand the importance of increasing community awareness through research-based information and educational materials. By ensuring that vital information reaches every corner of Bethel, we are taking a significant step toward community betterment.

We actively seek out and nurture meaningful community partnerships. Collaborating with like-minded organizations, local businesses, and individuals who share our passion for community development is a cornerstone of our mission. These partnerships are designed to create lasting, positive change. Whether it's co-organizing events, securing grants, or developing community outreach programs, our partnerships are formed with a common goal: to enhance the overall quality of life for the residents of Bethel and to provide our 4-H youth with the best possible opportunities for growth and success.

Our unwavering commitment to the betterment of Bethel and our 4-H youth is at the heart of everything we do. We firmly believe that by combining our efforts in programming, resource distribution, online exploration, and community engagement, we can create a brighter and more prosperous future for everyone in our beloved community.
