To allow sufficient time to get the defense information posted to the webpage, be sure to submit this form 4 weeks BEFORE the defense date. This allows the webmaster lead time to update the webpage with your abstract and add the information to news/events.
Please submit a scanned and signed copy of the Defense Approval Form (no signature needed if form uploaded by advisor). Enter your name, an email address for confirmation receipt, attach file, verify that you are not a robot then press the Submit button. You will receive a confirmation message and email.
The blank form is available under the header 'Graduates' then 'Current Students'.
