NOTE: All ad hoc recharge services will be billed by month-end. Annual recharge billing will be processed during the first half of each fiscal year.

Additional services and support packages for servers/database administration can be acquired through a negotiated Service Level Agreement (SLA). For more information on customized service and support through an SLA, please call the NTS Service Desk at 450-8300.

Departments can now view/print their OIT Telephone Services phone bill online!
**Please send your UA username to Vicki Wallner (email@example.com) to gain access to our online phone billing system.**
Once she enters your UA credentials in our system you can then login using your UA username and password to view/print your phone bill at the link below:
