Yoga Mondays at the SRC

Two types of yoga are being offered every Monday from Nanook Recreation. Virtual pranayama classes are held online at 6 a.m. Panayama is a set of breathing exercises that may increase energy, release stress, and improve mental clarity and physical health. 

Asana yoga — practicing yoga poses — is available in person at the Student Recreation Center at 5:30 p.m.
