Use exercise to manage finals stress
Exercise can help when end-of-semester stress hits! Exercise can be a natural mode booster, increase focus, and help reduce the impact of stress. Whether going for a walk, hitting the gym, or taking part in one of the group fitness sessions at the SRC, make sure to take some time to get active.
For those looking for a morning workout, Nanook Recreation just added a 6:30 a.m. boot camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those who prefer to work out later in the day, indoor cycling is available Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45 p.m. and even some afternoon and mid morning classes.
