Staff Recognition and Development Day on April 5

Please join me in recognizing the contributions of staff at this year’s longevity and awards ceremony. The ceremony will take place from 10-11:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 5, in Schaible Auditorium (and will be streamed online). We will recognize the recipients of a number of awards, including the Chancellor's Cornerstone Award winner.
I encourage all employees to take advantage of the professional and team building activities offered, or join your colleagues for lunch at the Wood Center. Employees need to sign up for sessions and meals in advance.
Professional development sessions will also be available to staff who are not located on our Troth Yeddha’ Campus at media.uaf.edu. More information is posted on the Staff Recognition and Development Day registration website.
It’s been a busy semester already, but taking the time to stop and say thank you during Staff Recognition and Development Day is one way we can show our colleagues how much we appreciate the work they do.
