Northrim Bank gift benefits UAF business education

A recent Northrim Bank gift to programs across the University of Alaska system included $50,000 for the UAF College of Business and Security Management. The donation will provide support for high-quality business education at UAF.

The gift to UAF is part of a $259,500 commitment from Northrim Bank to fund UA initiatives that advance research about Alaska’s economy and fiscal policy, expand business education and build entrepreneurship capacity. Northrim’s donation also includes funding to five community campuses where Northrim employees live and work.
