The University of Alaska Learning and Development spotlight this month brings together two collections, each focused on a distinct set of professional skills that support success at work.

• The Networking and Fostering Connections collection centers on building and leveraging connections, developing meaningful relationships, crafting effective elevator pitches, and practicing business etiquette to navigate professional interactions with confidence.
• The Productivity and Time Management collection offers practical strategies for prioritization, effective note-taking, motivation, overcoming procrastination, and using digital tools to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.

Together, the collections address both the day-to-day demands of getting work done and the long-term value of building strong professional networks.
