New Student Orientation: Aug. 22-26
New Student Orientation for the Troth Yeddha' campus will be held Aug. 22-26. Schedules are available online at www.uaf.edu/orientation.
Faculty and staff are invited to meet new Nanooks and their families at the following events:
Welcome BBQ (cosponsored by the Residence Hall Association)

All new students are strongly encouraged to attend New Student Orientation. Attendance is required for all new bachelor students registered for 12 or more credits (6 credits in-person), including transfer students with 30 credits or fewer and international undergraduate students (including F-1 and J-1 visa status). If a student falls into a required category, they don't need to register. Students who do not meet these criteria may self-register at www.uaf.edu/orientation. Participation in New Student Orientation carries a $150 fee, which is applied directly to students' accounts.
One-day programs for military and veteran students, transfer students, international students and graduate students will be held on Friday, Aug. 25.
