Why the change to Staff Day

I have looked forward to the varied classes offered to staff to participate in and was disappointed to see the current lectures offered. I think you will find that the attendance will be a large decrease. This used to be a fun time to try out different subjects and now all I hear is how disappointed people are and how they will not be attending.
