UAF seeks readers for school program

The UAF Financial Aid Office is hosting the I Know I Can program in Fairbanks schools to give second-graders an opportunity to explore careers
and college.
Volunteers are needed to read the book "I Know I Can" to students and to talk about
their education and careers. Each child will receive the book and draw a desired career
on a postcard, which will be mailed to his or her family next year.
Volunteers are needed at the following times and locations:
- Nov. 11, 12:45-2 p.m. Hunter Elementary
- Nov. 17, 9-10:30 a.m. Barnette Elementary
- Nov. 24, 9:15-10:45 a.m. North Pole Elementary
- Nov. 25, 9:30-11 a.m. Joy Elementary
