Administrative Services schedules two open forums

Vice Chancellor Pat Pitney and the Administrative Services directors have scheduled two open forums:
Tuesday, May 10, 3 – 5 p.m., Wood Center Ballroom
Friday, May 13, 10 – 11:30 a.m., e-live web conference for rural campuses and remote sites
Agenda items for both sessions include:
- New EHSRM director
- Budget update
- Electronic timesheets
- UAF full-scale emergency preparedness exercise
- Summer construction projects
- FY12 R&R projects
- Energy conservation
- Administrative & support review
- Q&A with the administrative services directors
