United Way door prizes

The United Way campaign is still going on! Some 7,700 Nanooks have already made their
pledge to help strengthen communities in the Tanana Valley. Students and employees
who have given to the UAF United Way campaign will be eligible for door prizes given
out at the Chancellor's Holiday Gathering Dec. 4 from 4-6 p.m. in the Wood Center
multilevel lounge. This year's prizes include a one-year membership to the Student
Recreation Center, an Alaska Airline voucher, Fairbanks Symphony Orchestra tickets,
an annual parking permit for 2018-2019 from the Bursar's Office, UA Museum of the
North tickets, and a faculty/staff 200 and 300 meal plans. (Winners do not need to
be at the Holiday Gathering to be eligible.)
Donors are automatically entered when they donate through UAF payroll deduction, online
at unitedwaytv.com/uaf/ or on a paper form, copies of which may be available in your department or by contacting
one of the UAF co-chairs: Marcia Cassino, Teresa Thompson, Brad Lobland and Mary Schrage. There
is no minimum donation amount required. The only requirement is that the donation
be submitted online or handed in to UAF Human Resources by noon Monday, Dec. 4.
