Undergraduate research funding available

The office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activity announces a new round of funding for undergraduate students. Students are invited to apply for one of several Summer Undergraduate Research, or SUgR, awards of $5,000. The request for proposals and the award application form is online. Applications are due Feb. 20. URSA provides multiple funding opportunities for undergraduate students and faculty mentors throughout the year and awarded $110,000 last academic year.
