University Relations

The University of Alaska Fairbanks' first Sustainability Master Plan is now in draft form. The campus community can comment on it until Oct. 19. The plan, developed in partnership with the Brendle Group, is available online at www.uaf.edu/sustainability.

The consultant led SMP Steering Committee meetings and convened small group interviews spanning several university departments. These interviews let university staff, faculty and students discuss the status quo as well as opportunities for improving sustainability in work or student life. The team also conducted a campuswide survey.
