Registration is open for RecCamp, a fun, active and safe environment on campus for children ages 5-12 during the spring and summer breaks. Campers build forts, take nature walks, visit the museum and play sports all day long.

The UAF Department of Recreation, Adventure and Wellness hosts the camps during spring break, March 16-22, and summer break, beginning May 26. The camps are open each week day from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Children pick their schedules, and counselors keep them going all day.

RecCamp is open to the public. It is a state-licensed child care facility, so it can accept child care assistance and state-recognized forms of subsidized child care. Drop-ins are always welcome.

Register today at the Student Recreation Center or over the phone at 907-474-5886. For more information, visit http://www.uaf.edu/draw/src/uaf-recreation-day-camp/.
