UAF eLearning rewards innovative educators

This spring, UAF eLearning will give more than $3,000 to UAF educators with good ideas
for using technology to facilitate new ways of approaching teaching and learning.
You must be willing and able to implement your ideas by the Fall 2013 semester. Faculty,
adjuncts, TAs with teaching responsibilities and even staff are eligible to apply
for these incentives and awards. These incentives and awards aim to:
- Encourage and foster further innovation in online learning and educational technology.
- Assist educators in accomplishing their evaluation goals, specifically: “to regularly develop new courses, workshops and seminars and use a variety of methods of instructional delivery and instructional design.”
- Help create learning opportunities for UAF students that offer technology skills and information fluency as a collateral benefit.
