UAF convocation scheduled for Sept. 18

University of Alaska Fairbanks Chancellor Daniel White will address staff and faculty
members, students and community members on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at fall convocation.
The presentation will be at 1 p.m. in the Davis Concert Hall.
Convocation will include an overview of the university and of White’s vision for the
institution. A webstream of the event will be available at https://media.uaf.edu.
Following the presentation, an ice cream social will be held in the Great Hall.
NOTE TO EDITORS: Journalists covering the event and who need access to the sound system are encouraged
to arrive at least 20 minutes early to set up.
