Travel writer Lawarence Millman visits campus

Travel writer and essayist Lawrence Millman will give a free public reading 7 p.m.,
Friday, Sept. 9, in the Wood Center Ballroom.
Millman’s books include Last Places, A Kayak Full of Ghosts and Lost in the Arctic.
Millman’s reading kicks off the 2011 – 2012 Midnight Sun Visiting Writers Series,
sponsored by the UAF English Department. The schedule of visiting writers for the full series is online.
