Trainings for search committees scheduled

The Human Resources talent acquisition team is hosting a series of trainings for university
search committees.
The sessions will review guidelines for committees to consider before and during the
recruitment process. They will also review diversity and implicit bias issues and
how they can affect recruitments.
Sign up through myUA at least one day prior to the trainings. Zoom information will be sent to you the
day of the event.
The training dates and times are:
- Feb. 19, 9:30-10:45 a.m.
- March 5, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
- March 19, 9:30-10:45 a.m.
- April 2, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
- April 16, 9:30-10:45 a.m.
- April 30, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
- May 14, 9:30-10:45 a.m.
