Chef Deacon, a 2010 graduate of RNS originally from Grayling, demonstrates a delicious campfire bison roast with cranberry gravy. Ann Fears, a 2011 RNS graduate, assists with wild food harvest and composed the theme song for the Store Outside Your Door initiative emphasizing the healthful bounty of traditional foods.
