Thompson Drive bridge work begins Friday morning

Work on the Thompson Drive bridge begins Friday, July 26, and is expected to last
four days. Work will be conducted between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Flaggers will be direct
vehicles through one lane of traffic on the bridge.
The work is being overseen by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities,
and entails minor repairs to normal wear and tear, including work on the bridge deck
and curbs.
