Teaching Tip: Coaching students toward success

We have all had excellent coaches. No matter what we called them — mentors, teachers,
supervisors — their role has been the same. They’ve led us to see things differently,
to instruct us toward an objective, to motivate and encourage us when we needed it.
As UAF eCampus launches its eCoaching program, it’s important to remember how our coaching role can lead to student success.
