As we prepare for the holiday break, I want to take this time to thank all employees for their contributions to UAF over the last year. Your hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated.

This is also a good time to remind everyone about the importance of submitting accurate and complete time records and approving employee web time entries prior to the holiday break. Last year, we had over 100 web time sheets that were not in approved status over the holiday break, which meant that some employees did not receive their paychecks on payday. UAF payroll personnel will work during the holidays to ensure there are no payroll disruptions, so please help us make sure that employees are paid accurately and on time.

Please make certain that all R01 (Dec. 14–27) web time sheets are in approved status by Dec. 23, with the exception of those employees who are scheduled to work through Dec. 27. Web time sheets that are not in approved status by Dec. 29 will not upload into payroll processing, and those employees will not be paid on time.
